Welcome to my Yoga Practice.

I am an experienced yoga teacher specializing in Gentle Therapeutics Yoga, utilizing props to maximize comfort, accessibility, and results.


Yoga, for me, is about creating a space where you can feel supported, comfortable, and at ease in your own body.  Over the past 20 years, I have studied and practiced several forms of yoga. No other yoga has helped me become free of pain the way Gentle Therapeutics Yoga has. 

Today, I teach and practice Gentle Therapeutics Yoga, which is influenced by the Iyengar style of Yoga.

This means we use props—blankets, blocks, straps, chairs, even the wall. Utilizing these props makes this yoga accessible for all ages and levels by helping your body relax into alignment and discover new possibilities without strain. 

When you practice with me, it’s not just about learning poses—it’s about slowing down, connecting with your breath, and gently bringing your body back into balance.

This approach helps ease physical discomfort, quiets the mind, not only improves balance and posture but also supports physical healing and helps create new neural pathways in the brain.

Why I share this practice

Over the years, yoga has taught me the power of small, mindful shifts—how a tiny adjustment can create space, release tension, or bring a sense of relief.

That’s why I’ve dedicated myself to sharing this style of yoga. I love seeing how it helps people stand taller, breathe deeper, and begin to trust their bodies again.

I hold each class as a safe, supportive place for healing and self-discovery. Whether we’re together in person or meeting online, my goal is always to guide you with compassion, patience, and care.
