Join me Saturday morning at the Yoga Center of Stuart for a welcoming Hatha yoga class in a bright, peaceful studio. This session focuses on steady breath, mindful alignment, and accessible movement suitable for all levels. Expect a balanced practice of gentle warm-ups, foundational standing and seated poses, and a calming Savasana to restore body and mind. Come as you are — mats, props, and guidance will be provided.
